Shipping policy

Shipping costs and information:
Shipping of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be by DPD, UPS , DHL or FedEX. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an e-mail (shop@andrezierke.com) before placing an order and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance with our shipping partner.

Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 9.99 euros per order. From a gross order value of 800,00 Euro we ship free of charge.

For cash on delivery shipments, we charge an additional flat fee of 10.00 Euro.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Detailed information on the individual payment options

Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)

After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please make sure that you provide us with your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds.

Credit card

pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Cash on delivery

You pay on delivery to the transport company commissioned by us, which is authorized to receive the amount of money to be paid by you. Please note that for cash on delivery shipments we additionally charge a standard cash on delivery fee of 10 Euro within Germany and possibly more for international shipments.

Delivery on account

After receipt of the invoice you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within 14 days.

Cash payment upon collection

You collect the goods from us yourself and pay on the spot in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address: Dorotheenstrasse 16, 22301 Hamburg, Germany

In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
